What’s the difference between a stock item and a custom item?
Stock Item:
Stocked items are kept in our warehouse and typically ship out the same day if your order is placed by 2 PM EST. If a stocked item is on backorder and shows as “out of stock,” please allow additional time for restocking and fulfillment.
Custom Item:
Custom items are made to order and ship directly from the factory. Because each custom piece is produced specifically for you, production time varies by item—most take 15+ business days after your order is placed, plus transit time. If you have a deadline or event date, please reach out to our Customer Service Team to confirm timing or request expedited options.
How do I find the items I’m looking for?
You can browse by category or scroll through the homepage to explore featured products. If you’re looking for something specific, use the Search tool located at the bottom left of the page under the “Resources” section. Just type in keywords like a product name, category, or style. Once you find an item you’re interested in, click on the product name or image to view more details, sizing, and availability.
Cancelled Orders, Return and Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team first—every request must be reviewed and approved before returning any items.
Here’s how it works:
Stock Items:
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake, we’re happy to help with an exchange when possible. However, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is approved and the item is received back at InTandem unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, we’ll ship out the correct replacement.
If the error was on our end—such as sending the wrong item or size—we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, once the incorrect item is received back in acceptable condition, we’ll send out the correct item.
Custom Items:
Custom items are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We’re unable to offer exchanges or returns on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
Billing
Can I place an order without entering payment information?
Yes—if and only if you are a previously authorized user approved by Kim Palisin and are placing an order on behalf of a team, department, or event, you may be eligible to place the order without submitting payment at checkout.
If you have already received instructions on how to place an invoice-based order, please follow those steps. If you have not received instructions, please contact our team at cs.stsaviationgroup@intandempromotions.com for guidance. All invoice-based orders must be approved by the STS Aviation Group AP Team or Kim Palisin before being processed.
If you are not an authorized user, you must submit payment via credit card at checkout to complete your order.
Line Maintenance Uniform Program FAQ’s
Why can’t I see my New Hire Kit, Uniforms, or the STS Line Maintenance dropdown menu?
Make sure you are logged in to your account. The STS Line Maintenance Uniform tab and dropdown menu will only appear once you’ve signed in. If you’re still having trouble seeing it after logging in, please reach out to your supervisor or our Customer Service Team for assistance.
What is included in my New Hire Kit, and can I choose different items instead?
Each job position has a specific New Hire Kit bundle assigned by STS Line Maintenance management. These bundles include predetermined uniform items and colors tailored to your role. You will see exactly what your position’s bundle includes when you click on your kit—unfortunately, substitutions or changes to colors and items are not allowed.
I’m logged in but still can’t see my New Hire Kit. What should I do?
If you’re logged in and still can’t see your New Hire Kit or the STS Line Maintenance uniform options, please contact our Customer Service Team. We’ll confirm your status as an STS Line Maintenance employee and ensure you have the proper access.
Please note that only authorized STS Line Maintenance team members can view and order from the STS Line Maintenance uniform program. If you’re not part of STSLM, access will be restricted.
Do I have to pay for my New Hire Kit?
No—STS Line Maintenance covers the full cost of your New Hire Kit, including shipping.
When checking out, be sure to use the discount code provided in your “Welcome to the Team” email to zero out the payment for your kit. Do not submit payment for your kit. At checkout, after entering your kit-specific discount code, go to the shipping section and select "Free STSLM Shipping" from the dropdown menu to ensure you are not charged for shipping.
Your total at checkout should be $0.00.

What should I do if I’ve been promoted, rehired, or had a change in job position and need a new uniform kit?
If your role has changed due to a promotion, rehire, or transfer, please contact our Customer Service Team at cs.stsaviationgroup@intandempromotions.com with the details of your situation.
We will confirm the update with STS Line Maintenance upper management. If approved, we’ll make sure you’re assigned the correct and updated New Hire Kit based on your new position.
Anniversary Program Questions
What is the STS Line Maintenance Anniversary Uniform Program?
The Anniversary Uniform Program recognizes STSLM employees’ hard work and dedication by providing a $100 digital gift card on the first day of their anniversary month. This gift card can be used to order replacement uniforms or other approved company store items like safety shoes, shorts, pants, or outerwear.
How do I receive my anniversary giftcard?
You will receive an email from InTandem at the start of your anniversary month, which includes a $100 digital gift card along with the gift card discount code. This gift card allows you to place an order just like you would for a New Hire Kit. You must place your order within 45 days of receiving the gift card.
Can I use my anniversary gift card on anything in the store?
Yes—you may use your $100 anniversary allowance on uniform replacements or other approved gear!
What happens if I don’t use my $100 gift card in time?
If you do not use the full $100 within 45 days, the remaining balance will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or reissued, per STSLM Management. If your purchase exceeds $100, the remaining balance will be your responsibility to pay at checkout.
I didn’t receive my anniversary gift card—what should I do?
If it’s your anniversary month and you haven’t received your gift card or an email from InTandem, please contact your STSLM HR Representative, Lori.Duttlinger@stslm.com, for assistance.
It’s my anniversary and I didn’t receive a gift card—where is it?
If you didn’t receive a $100 digital gift card at the start of your anniversary month, it could be because you were promoted during your time at STSLM. In that case, your promotion date becomes your new "anniversary date" for the purposes of the Anniversary Uniform Program. You’ll receive your $100 gift card on the first day of the anniversary month of your promotion instead.

Please contact your Customer Service Team with any questions regarding the timeline for your custom order, or if your order needs to be expedited to meet an event date.
