General FAQ’s
What if I want an item, but it is on backorder?
We strive to maintain adequate safety stock levels. However, occasionally we may run out of or run low on a particular item. Inventory quantities for each item are shown on the detailed item description pages. You may proceed with your order even if we don't have enough on hand to fulfill your order right away. We automatically ship backordered items as they become available. Please note some items may be discontinued and the backorder option will not be available. If you place an order for an item on backorder and other items currently in stock, the entire order will ship out once the backordered item is back in stock. Please expect a delay in your shipment if you order any items on backorder.
How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is fast and easy!
Once you've found the items you would like to purchase, simply click on the Add to Cart button then the Checkout button within the basket page. Next follow the instructions on each page. You can continue to shop by clicking on the “X” to close out the window and make your next selection.
What’s the difference between a stock item and a custom item?
Stock Item:
Stocked items are kept in our warehouse and typically ship out the same day if your order is placed by 2 PM EST. If a stocked item is on backorder and shows as “out of stock,” please allow additional time for restocking and fulfillment.
Custom Item:
Custom items are made to order and ship directly from the factory. Because each custom piece is produced specifically for you, production time varies by item—most take 15+ business days after your order is placed, plus transit time. If you have a deadline or event date, please reach out to our Customer Service Team to confirm timing or request expedited options.
How do I find the items I’m looking for?
You can browse by category or scroll through the homepage to explore featured products. If you’re looking for something specific, use the Search tool located at the bottom left of the page under the “Resources” section. Just type in keywords like a product name, category, or style. Once you find an item you’re interested in, click on the product name or image to view more details, sizing, and availability.
Cancelled Orders, Return and Exchanges
What is your exchange policy?
To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team first—every request must be reviewed and approved before returning any items.
Here’s how it works:
Stock Items:
If you ordered the wrong size, color, or item by mistake, we’re happy to help with an exchange when possible. However, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once your return is approved and the item is received back at InTandem unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, we’ll ship out the correct replacement.
If the error was on our end—such as sending the wrong item or size—we’ll cover the cost of return shipping. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and, once the incorrect item is received back in acceptable condition, we’ll send out the correct item.
Custom Items:
Custom items are made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We’re unable to offer exchanges or returns on custom products unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping error.
What is your cancellation policy?
You may contact the Customer Service Team to cancel your order in writing via email to cs.stsaviationgroup@intandempromotions.com
Please note any custom orders in production cannot be cancelled. Cancel requests for in-stock orders must be received prior to the order shipping out.
What is your return policy?
Custom Orders:
Your order is custom produced and shipped as ordered. Unfortunately, we are not able to return for a credit once it has been produced. All sales are final for these orders.
In-Stock Orders:
Please contact the Customer Service Team to initiate a return. You'll receive a return authorization number. This number should be noted on the outside of the box and returned at the customer’s expense to InTandem Promotions. Items in prime condition and original packaging will be accepted, and the return transaction will be processed.
Damaged and Defective Items, Shortages and Shipping Errors
What do I do if I received damaged or incorrect items?
INSPECT ALL PACKAGES IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT.
All damages, shortages, or errors must be reported within five (5) business days of receipt of package. Please have your order confirmation ready when you contact the Customer Service Team. For items received by the customer that are incorrect or defective, please contact the Customer Service Team at within 5 days of receipt of your package. Provide a description of the damage and we will process a replacement item right away, if in stock, given the damage was not a result of shipping damage. If there is in-transit damage, we ask that you notify us immediately and we can begin the claim process with the freight carrier.
You'll receive a return authorization number. This number should be noted on the outside of the box. A return shipping label will be emailed to the customer at no cost. Merchandise needs to be returned within 30 days of receipt. Correct merchandise will be sent to the customer upon receipt of the returned merchandise at no additional charge to the customer.
Shipping
When and how does my order ship?
Your shipping charges will be shown on your order confirmation when you go through the check-out process. Orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) by 2:00 PM EST with all items in stock will ship same day, unless the office is closed for a holiday.
If you place an order for an item on backorder and other items currently in stock, the entire order will ship out once the backordered item is back in stock. Please expect a delay in your shipment if you order any items on backorder.
Orders shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) will ship out up to two business days after the order is placed. Please allow five to seven business days for USPS delivery. Exact delivery date is not guaranteed with this ship method. If you need your order to deliver by a specific date, then please reach out to the Customer Service Team.
Custom items are produced on demand, and production varies by item. Production time is 15+ business days after order is placed plus transit time. Please contact your Customer Service Team via email at with any questions regarding the timeline for your custom order, or if your order needs to be expedited to meet an event date.

Refused Shipments: Shipping and handling charges on refused shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
Stock Item:
Stocked items are in house and will ship out same day when the order is placed by 2PM EST. if one of these items is on backorder and shows “out of stock”, please expect longer production times.
Custom Item:
Custom items are produced on demand, and production varies by item. Production time is 10-15+ business days after the order is placed plus transit time. Please contact your Customer Service Team with any questions regarding the timeline for your custom order, or if your order needs to be expedited to meet an event date.
